does water (fresh or salt) affect the "power" of magnets
I am considering using magnets in an application that involves magnets
suspended in salt/clorine/fresh water. I am wondering, since water is a
conductor, if it will "drain" the power from the magnets?
the magnets (two of them) will still be required to have enough "power" to
attract each other at the same distance they would
under normal conditions (above the water).

will magnets lose their strength under water?
Their power to "attract"?
