I couldn't fit the question in but i was just reading about drugs and how 
they take the place of neurotransmitters at the receptor site. I was 
wondering if there is any other reason  or disease that would prevent a 
nuerotransmitter from binding to its receptor. I am second year 
undergraduted pre vet major.
