As I understand it, any movement brings with it a minute but sometimes measurable time dialation. I heard that when atomic clocks are moved by plane they have to factor in the time dialation effects of the trip. With this in mind, what are the time dialation effects as the Earth rotates in it's orbit, revolves around the Sun and as the solar system moves through the universe? How differently would two observers, one on the Earth and the other perfectly stationary at a fixed point in the Universe(if that's possible)perceive the passage of time?
