pUc18 plasmid was digested with the with the restriction enzyme Taq1. 
Following agarose gel electrophoresis (0.7% gel)only 12 fragments were 
seen, however the expected number of fragements after this reaction should 
of been 14. Where are the other 2 fragments? and is there any way they 
could be detected? I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the 
concentration of the gel or the size of the missing fragments.
