I am a grad student doing research on IR cooking vs. convential cooking, of
meat in a stove, and have not been able to find recent research fending for
either method. I am actually at the library now looking for more info, but
the majority of the publications are from the mid 60's to late 70's. What
web sites or publications could I find additional references for this
subject? I appreciate any help.
