You have an excellent set of references there, all the applicable formulae
are the usual ones, but modified by reference to the impedance tables for a
specific litz wire.

Litz wire has a HIGHER resistance at low frequencies than an "equivalent"
section solid wire, but it has a much lower HF resistance than solid, since
the wires are insulated and randomly woven through the material.

I have to confess, that, apart from a couple of exotic bridge transformers
and an ultra flexible connector to a record deck pickup (don't ask) I have
never had to use Litz wire, and I haven't used it in an RF transformer,

The first ref you give seems pretty helpful.
