I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to determine in the pop. A 
titration with a dilute base (sodium hydroxide 0.01M) would give you a 
measure of th level of acids. Anything else would be difficult to 
determine by titration due to the relatively complex mixture. Carbon 
dioxide level can be determined by mass changes before and after heating.
Sugars can be measured using quantitative benedicts or fehlings test
