As we know that the precession of prehellion of mercury is one of the main supports of the relativity principle. Now we understand that the problem may be because of a particular value of G the gravitational constant. Is there any value of G by which this problem ceases to be. If yes can that value of G not be the 'true'value of G . Take into account as much of 'Choas theory' as possible.
