i did a buoyancy test on tap water, salt water, baking soda water, and soappy 
water.  the soappy water ended up being less buoyant than tap water.  I used 
cents in a cut out plastic dixi cup to measure the buoyancies and it took less 
cents to sink the dixi cup in soappy water than in tap water.
