Subject: Need information on growing an avacado seed into a plant for science projec

I need information on growing an avacado seed inside a glass of water until it 
roots and then growing it into a plant for a science project.  We had a science 
fair project last year and everyone with a plant got an award. So, this year we 
want to do something unusual.  No one had that idea.  Everyone had tomatoe 
plants.  Our science fair is in March of 2002.  I need some sites to find out 
some information on an avacado plant.  (Growing it from seed to plant).  The 
references that you would need to do the information part of your science 
project.  Need Help!!!!!!
