Dear SIr/Ma'am

Could you help me. I am looking for a reasonably common plant which:
1) has quick germination time
2) survives with little water
3) copes in cold conditions
4) survives wind
5) will be able to grow in high altitude

Basically which comnmon plant would be able to grow on Mount everest and 
germinate quickly?
