Our teacher told us if there is a problem with somebody's nervous system that he
cannot hear or see, (like Helen Keller) he can learn language until he's 7 or 9
years old, and after these ages it's really hard to learn the language. WHY? (I
think it happens beacuse the nervous system becomes completely perfect at this
age but I don't know if I am right or not?)
