Subject: i say universe is contracting.reason is in comments,what's wrong with it.

hello sir,
     if i say that either universe is  contracting or if not then it's also not 
expanding.
Because every thing that's more far from our position relative to the centre of 
universe is moving slower than us towards the centre.
This is because of more gravitional pull on us compared to them.In this case 
distance between that object and our position is increasing.  
      similarly all objects which are near to centre as compared to us are 
moving faster than us.In this case also distance between that object and our 
position is increasing. 
Also from hubble's constant, everthing is moving apart.
please help me,because i am not not doing any research or graduate course in 
physics this query might seem to u as some stupid thought.what's wrong with 
this theory.
