According to this site, 

the four national supconductor centers (sponsored by  NSF, the National 
Science Foundation) are located as follows:


1) Cornell National Supercomputer Facility at Cornell University; 
2) 	National Center for Supercomputing Applications at the University of 
Illinois; 
3)	Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center at Carnegie Mellon University, 
University of Pittsburgh, and Westinghouse; 
4) 	San Diego Supercomputer Center at the University of California at San 
Diego.
