I expect you didn't find a 'scientific' name for male and female scorpions, because there probably isn't one! I had a look around myself and couldn't find any either.

In fact, most species don't have special names for each sex (examples from the MADSCI archives here and here), they are simply known to scientists as either males or females. Special names for the sexes are actually what most scientists would call "common names", which means "name that is commonly used". Examples of those would be does or bucks, which are the names people usually use for all female and male hoofed mammals.
If you look into it further, you'll find that the only sexes that have special names are found in large common species, the kinds of animals that people tend to see a lot. Scientists, who generally like precision, generally stick with just "male" or "female".
