I cloned a gene with ATG start codon in a plasmid and 16 base pair above my 
gene start codon there is NCOI site which contain a ATG again. The frame shift 
isnot change but I want to know my gene expression will be OK or UI should 
delet the NCOI site before my ATG start codon?
