I found a similiar response, but little information was given. Has there been any attempt to even try? There is also the argument of which would do it. Hot or cold? Or Both? 2 days ago here in OKC, a possible tornado was avoided when cool rain mixed with hail overwhelmed the mezo-core. So, in theory, if one had the resources to try, build a monster of a mobile snow blower and achieve the same?
