In the movie "Space Camp", the (sabotage) failure of a SRB "thermal curtain"
resulted in an engine test turning into a full space launch. Could this really
happen? My gut instinct says it's Hollywood, but my friend seems to think it's
possible. If an accidental launch did occur with an untrained crew on board,
what would be the real procedure?
