I have read many literatures using dendritic cells (especially macrophages) as
a therapy for inducing peripheral tolerance, does this method seeem
promising? I mean as inducing anergy by blocking expression of various
costimulatory molecules etc... Are there any good websites or recommended
literatures regarding of this topic? Thanks.
