Hi! When you reed about recommended daily intake of substances, at least I
think why these are just ONE number. How has this been calculated and more
intresing: WHAT'S THE INTERVAL (the very lowest number)?
Tak for instance potassium (Kalium). It seems almost impossible to get up to
the recommended number (in Sweden 3,5 g for men)??
