Is at the time of the differentiation always recombination done like recombination/gene rearrengement done at the time of the B-cell(lymphocyte) maturation. And if we consider a human two different cells like heart and liver cells or any two different cells then it is always that they contains different genetic material i.e.if we sequence them then we get observable difference in them and if yes then there is no meaning to the human genome sequence and if no then what about the transposoncepresent on a human that they can transfer from one chromosome to other that meance we can not say that any perticular gene is present on the perticular chromosome i.e. all the oncogenes are present on the 11 th chromosome. And also tell me about B-cell's gene rearrengment for the synthesis of the perticular antibody against the perticular antigen . How there joining and again distructing is regulated or done.Thank you.And sir please tell me specific answer please don't tell that refer this or that sitefor your question.Again thank you very much.I hope you would satisfy me.
Re: I want to know about the cell differentiation takes place in the body.
