Subject: Transmitting Video through Laser

I recently read the article about transmitting an analog video signal through a 
laser. I've read it a few times over now, and I do not see any instructions on 
how I could go about doing this. I read the article on how to transmit an audio 
signal, and It should be similar in a way. Could you give me detailed 
instructions on how I could transmit a video signal through a laser and then 
receive the signal and have the signal display on a screen.
