It is very unlikely. Sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) is in the Rutaceae or citrus
family while mango (Mangifera indica) is in the Anacardiaceae or sumac family.
They are probably too distantly related to cross breed. It should be possible to
transfer genes from one to the other via genetic engineering.

Species within the same genus often cross breed. Species in different genera in
the same family are less likely to cross breed but there are exceptions such as
the Orchid family where intergeneric hybrids are very common. I'm not aware of
any species in different families that have been cross bred.

Citrus species will often cross breed. Many citrus species are interspecific
hybrids. A species name with an x between the genus and the specific epithet
indicates that it is an interspecific hybrid. Grapefruit (Citrus x paradisi) is
a hybrid between pomelo (Citrus maxima) and sweet orange (Citrus sinensis).
