Do partially submerged and submerged green plants reproduce by seeds, 
spores,etc? If they are, will the seeds and spores float? If they do, then how 
do they sink to the bottom and grow into into new partially and totally 
submerged plants?? Please enlighten. Thanks and have a nice day.
