The information you provide in your question is not sufficient for a really exact answer (the metals and all anions, as well as their partial molar volumes and the temperature would have to be specified), but you will certainly include a safety margin anyway.
According to the " Handbook of Chemistry and Physics", 58th edition, 6% HCl has a density of 1.0278 g/ccm, and a FeCl3 solution of 180 g/L has a density of 1.142 g/ccm (interpolated). Certainly the metal content will dominate the effect on density, so if you reckon with 1.2 g/ccm (viz. kg/L) you will be on the safe side.
