Hello,

I have a enzyme has a M.W. of 60kDa, and Vmax of the enzyme is 2000umol/min.mg.
How do I calculate the Kcat from Vmax and M.W.? My boss told me to calculate use
the formula Vmax/M.W. But I just can not figure out the unit.

Thank you in advance!
