I'm told Dr. Peter Gariaev of Russia was able to transform frog embryos to 
salamander embryos by transmitting DNA information patterns via a laser in 
what is called wave genetics - is this true?  I can find very little 
information, but some interviews (http://www.youtube.com/watch?
