I know the moon is tidally locked to the Earth so that one side is always
facing it. I also know that eventually the Earth will also be locked to
the moon. My question is, if there were a 3rd body orbiting the Moon,
could it tidal-lock itself to the Moon and in what configuration? What if
the 3rd body was orbiting the Earth instead?
