I am testing the antibacterial effects of garlic vs. Lysol. I am unclear
whether the term "zones of inhibition" should be used when the paper disk
is soaked in the substance, or only when a drop of it is put onto the
paper disk. How is the zone of inhibition measured? In Millimeters?
