Subject: Create an experiment showing how light & temperature affects transpiration

for the light experiment i was going to set up a plant in water (in a flask) 
and submerge it under a lamp for 24 hr covering the plant with a plastic bag to 
measure water loss, i was also going to use a plant set up the same leaving on 
the windowsill and one under a box 
For the temp one i was going to set the plants up the same - measure the 
transpiration rate when placed next to a heater, one at room temp and one in a 
fridge (all will be under boxes so no light or air will affect results : IS 
THIS THE RIGHT WAY TO SET UP THE EXPERIMENT _ WHAT ELSE COULD I DO TO IMPROVE 
IT???
do u have any other suggestions for the experiment???? - it has to be performed 
in the class room under controlled conditions.
