I saw a question answered in your archives-ID# 873909296.PH that addresses that
you should run through the rain rather than walk. There is an assumption made
in the answer that the rain is falling straight down. I was wondering if the
rain falls at an angle/vector away from you and towards you whether changing
that variable changes the answer that you should run.
