There's no relationship at all between a person's racial background and
the length of the Achilles tendon. A person who can jump better than
another person has had more practice, and has built up his leg muscles
more.
Statements such as this are often used by racists on both sides of the
argument. Yours was a valid question, though, and no offense was taken!
