I have one of those fancy Sonicare toothbrushes, electrical, rechargeable. The charger base has no visible "standard" electrical contacts. In fact, it appears to be totally covered in plastic. The toothbrush also appears to have no metallic or standard electrical contacts, yet the toothbrush indeed does recharge. Way back in school I was taught that plastics did not conduct electricity. What gives? How does this work? Thanks in advance
