I am investigating the number of stomata on leaves from a tree with one side
in the shade and one in full daylight. I would like to know whether there is
likely to be any difference in the numbers for leaves taken from each
different side and why this might be. Also, my investigation includes the leaf
lengths, widths and petiole lengths so any comments on how these may vary with
the different light intensities would also be extremely appreciated. Thank you.
