Dear Sir/Madame,
Yesterday I came upon a question that has been bothering me for a
while now. I am truely grateful that I have someone - or site - to
turn to when faced with such fearful questions.
Probably I am not in the correct area of science to be asking this
question but I will still do so. Realizing the complexity of the
human mind and the hidden powers it possesses, I was wondering if it
is so that a person without any visable ability to execute any
(para)normal activity - such as telekinesis, telepath and
clairvoyance - is capable of doing so. In other words is this
mystical ability possessed by everyone but not everyone knows how
to tap in to it? I have read a few cases on paranormal abilities
and in certain cases what is a bit evident is with children or people
who have this ability it is gained or triggered by some trauma they
experienced at an early stage in life - as a child. As a child I
believe that we are more spiritual because then we know not what is or
what is suppose to be. The only thing we know is our existance and
what we perceive as a child. We are later conditioned to act and
respond in certain ways typical to a nonspiritual or rational - named
so because of their inability to discard the outside world - society
(not all societies). Losing all touch of spirituality thus losing touch of our full
capabilities.
If my hypothesis is indeed correct, is it possible to tap into this
power via hypnosis or with todays technology produce through genetic
manipulation a person with such abilities? If not now approximately
when (year) do you think it will be possible to do. I have also heard
of the (infamous) CIA when it comes to such conceptions pertaining to
mind control and the use of phychics to help win wars. If the CIA is
always one step ahead do you think that they have already developed a
way of producing people with phychic abilities? What would stop them
from doing so? Is there no code of ethics? Sometimes I think not, I
get the impression that the CIA is an institution that strives to
remain on top of things. Always needing to know what the (potential)
enemy is up to and always needing to top the enemy's technology. I
mean think about it, they are probably thinking all they have to do is
develop these andquot;puppetsandquot; and send them in the battle field. Result:
millions of military lives saved. YEAH, RIGHT!!!!!
I believe I am straying of the subject. Last but not least can you
give me suggestions on sites I can visit that deals (e.g. research or
general info) with my questions or which is the proper area of science
I should my questions pertain to?
Thanking you in advance, I remain,
Yours truely,
Mr. A. Peterson
