Subject: Does sodium glutamate (an ingredient in Doritos) kill brain cells.

I also heard that this ingredient has a number of names that manufacturers purposely place on the package, to "hide" the ingredient from consumers. Could you please tell me other names this ingredient might be named. Secondly, does pork meat kill brain cells also? I thank you so much for shedding light on my questions.
