I am going to take the easy way on this question because it has no context...you
haven't given us any reason why you picked this particular large number. So 4 is
100
in the base 2 system. 4 to the 1st power (which I will display as 4^1) is just
100 (all these are base 2). 4^2 is 100x100=10000, 4^3=1000000, and you keep
adding two zeros for each increase in an integer power. So in the base two
system, 4^200 is
10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
0
or 1 followed by 400 zeros. 8 to the 200th would have 600 zeros. Can you see
why?

Thinking in the base 2 is not very hard, any computer can do it, and we all
know how dumb they are . If you had a reason for asking this question that a
binary answer will not answer, you can see if the next person to answer it is
able to reason in the decimal system.
