Umm.. that's my entire question. I know that an answer will not put
an end to my son's gastrointestinal dramas but I would really like to
know the answer anyway...
Why do newborn babies seem to 'smile' when they get wind? That is,
what is the physiological process behind this tricky reaction?
Thanks
Eve
