I am a drug recognition expert with the san antonio police dept. We evaluate persons believed to be under th influence of drugs and/or alcohol. What we have seen is the persons suspected of having smoked cannabis have a glowing green substance on there lips, nose, facial hair and on there tongues and rfingers.

What I am asking is what causes the glow when we expose them to ultra violet light? We suspect it is the THC in the cannabis, but we dont know for sure. If you could answer this for me it would be a great help in introducing this into our nation wide standards
