Would temperature affect the respiration of a 25 g mammal more than a 25 g
reptile? Why? For instance, if we were to put a 25g mammal and a 25g
reptile into separate big test tubes with cotton balls soaked with
potassium hydroxide (KOH), stopper the tops with respirometers, and
submerged both in a tub of filled with water of 25°C, which one would have
a higher respiration rate?
