to become consciously "awake" during the dreaming state. I have personally 
achieved this state half a dozen times, usually for brief periods. I 
understand Stephen LaBerge, Ph.D, Stanford University is currently 
researching this phenomanon and a number of web sites have cropped up (ie 
www.lucidity.com) Would appreciate your comments.
