I am a Chemistry tutor at my school, and one of my students ask me this
question..to my embarassment I couldn't tell him.
I understand that you have to "dope" the ZnS with something to give it
an excess of negative or positive carries, but I do not understand what
you would "dope" it with, or how you would do it. Thank you for your
help.
