Lemon juice contains citric acid, and that is the agent responsible for 
curdling milk. Any highly acidic fruit or vegetable will do the same thing - 
orange juice, tomatoes, or vinegar will also curdle milk. Bananas are not 
acidic (which is why they're sweet rather than sour) and so do not affect 
milk.
