I have heard that eating lettuce is good for your digestive system because
it contains the carbohydrate, cellulose,that we don't digest. Is it also
true that the core or center of the lettuce can give you constipation?
Does it not contain cellulose? Or does it contain something that does the
opposite for your digestive system?
