As much as I hate giving negative responses, I have to say that my own exhaustive search was unable to turn up any more information than your own. I did, however, find a possible lead that may help you in your quest, if you choose to pursue it. Knowing that Hershey and Chase were at the Carnegie Institute of Washington (CIW), now part of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratories (CSHL), when they did their famous "blender experiment", I searched the CSHL archives, and found that some information exists on Martha Chase in "FILE CABINET #1, DRAWER #3" of the CIW files archive in the CSHL library. If you would like to know what is in these files and can't get to Cold Spring Harbor any time soon, you should try contacting Clare Bunce at the archive and asking her how to obtain the information.
