This is a good and frequently asked question. Sperm are only a part of the 
total volume of ejaculate.  A vasectomy only prevents sperm from being 
released. After a vasectomy, there is still seminal fluid that is released. 
The small amount of sperm that is no longer released is merely resorbed.  
Remember, it is a sterile fluid inside the body, so infection should not be 
a problem.
