Tom: I have no idea why this is important to you, but I will try to answer it, albeit in a general way. First, I have no idea about a degree difference. The temperature of the vagina is higher than the temperature that one would take with a thermometer if a fever was suspected even at rest. As a female (or male) gets aroused, blood is shunted to the external genitalia to initiate the erectile function of the clitoris (or the corpora of the penis). The labia also get more blood and since the blood is coming from areas of the body that are perhaps closer to the core, the temperature will get higher. Also, couple this with the excitement of sexual foreplay and the metabolic energy that is being expended, the temp. of the vagina could be elevated several degrees. I hope this helps.
