One day my mom bought a pint of Ben & Jerry's vanilla ice cream, and my dad had bought a pint of Mayfield vanilla ice cream. yet, the Ben & Jerry's weighed a LOT more than the Mayfield (and it tasted better). My dad said that the difference was because one contained more overrun. What exactly is overrun? Is there any way I can calculate or estimate the overrun of a pint of ice cream I purchase at the store? THanks!
Re: What is the 'overrun' of ice cream? How do you calculate it?
