HI,
I am in 8th grade and I am working on a science project. First me and my 
sisters have the same kind of shoes, but different socks. Each ones have 
different amts of bacteria. Before we went to school, we took a cotton swab and 
swabed it across an agar plate. Then we did the same after school. The bacteria 
started growing the 2nd day. How long should I jeep it growing. Also, since 
people produce different amts of  bacteria, does this experiment work?
