I wanted to know what the theoretical yield when DNA is extracted from a
banana. I have tried searching on the internet and am unable to find an
answer. I do not mind if you tell me, instead of bananas, my answer with
reference to plants. I used 14.4 g of banana and got a yield of 0.2g of DNA.
In short, I would like to know the yield that I should have obtained form this
experiment and how it was obtained.
